To excel?

All right, that pic's better. That's us, the newlyweds...of course, if you're looking at this you already know that. Anyway, an update from the world of the Howells.
Life is crazy...literally Cami puts in hours that would make any of you cringe, and me...well I study. If I'm not in class I'm studying the books for the class I'm just about to go to, or the one I just got out of....but here's the question out of all this: Is it worth it? Not the work, but the rat race, the corporate ladder...is it worth it? Because to truly excel in any field requires that it is the only thing, that it consumes you, but you miss out on so much living. We choose to live...does this mean we won't stand out and make a big contribution...probably not, but it does mean we won't make the biggest impression, our names won't be left in any textbooks...but maybe we will be left in the minds and hearts of those we did affect in our time here...and that is our true desire, to make a difference, for that one person, that one place, that one thing.
